You can use Sol-U-Mel bought from the Meleluca company along with a green scour pad to get off that stuck on grease on your cookie sheets. This pan was HORRIBLE when I started with it, the whole thing was a grease spot (please don't judge...over the years it has just happened...I've learned through time to use aluminum foil) Thanks to Sol-U-Mel and a little elbow grease it is almost like new. You can also use Baking soda mixed with either water or hydrogen peroxide to make a scrubbing paste, it does an ok job but not like the sol-u-mel and you have to use ALOT more elbow grease!
