Homemade Mozerella Cheese

It was an adventure to get it to work ladies, thanks for coming - and a special thanks to Camille for your patient persistence; otherwise we would have only had the cottage cheese :) And next time I'll write myself a note on the recipe ... remember to take the sheath off the thermometer :)
